Every day, you’ll get a lesson and a nutrition or lifestyle habit to practice. You can either read the daily lesson or listen to it like a podcast. We’ll practice a new habit every two weeks - which are both solid and flexible - taking into account things like your unique schedule, priorities, belief system, food preferences, food tolerances, and more. We help you build your own “Owner’s Manual,” and develop the skills necessary to make better decisions and get results.

Daily tracking

Every day you’ll also be asked to record whether or not you practiced your habit. Consistency is tracked in the ProCoach client portal. This helps you see how consistent you’re being.

I know that this is the best program out there. Better than Weight Watchers, NOOM, calorie counting apps, or any of the other millions of programs. Those programs do not address the foundation of maintaining healthy weight. They are generally geared toward customized meal plans, or calorie counting, which sounds good in principle, but only about 1/10 people actually follow a plan like that for more than a few weeks. 

Meal plans assume people already have the skills to follow them. But that’s simply not true. Most people who aren’t eating healthy today don’t have the basics down. But, without skills like:winning

  • eating slowly and mindfully;
  • tuning into hunger and appetite cues;
  • planning grocery shopping;
  • choosing the right items from the store;
  • storing and preparing food correctly;
  • avoiding problem foods; and
  • choosing better options at restaurants…

…following a meal plan becomes hopeless.
