The Vitality Coaching Plan takes a holistic approach to coaching because all areas of your life affect your wellness.
To maximize your outcomes, we will assess 16 areas of life that fit within the following key aspects of your wellbeing:
I offer TWO Coaching Packages:
1. Foundation Package $1500 - includes 12 sessions of 50 minutes each, over 3 to 6 months.
12 full private sessions focused on your personal journey towards a healthier life. No more crash diets or punishing bootcamps; this is about lifestyle change for the long term.
We will build your wellness foundation with a wellness plan that maps out the changes you want in a way that works for your life. Some common areas you may want to improve include: nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, weight management, mindset, or others.
Health & Wellness Coaching takes a holistic approach to increasing vitality - exploring mind, body, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life.
Sessions are focused on your agenda and desired outcomes, while incorporating any recommendations from your healthcare team.
We will determine specific and easy weekly steps for you to create new habits and work through any barriers that arise.
Lifestyle improvements are attained and maintained over the long term with the help of accountability, support, motivation, and strategizing through challenges.
*Weekly sessions are recommended for best results, especially to get started, but you may set up your session frequency however suits you best.

2. Mastery Package $900 - includes 12 sessions of 30 minutes each over 3 to 6 months.
This package of shorter private sessions is only available after completing the Foundational Wellness Coaching Package.
The Mastery Program is where the transformation really settles in, habits are established, and your new lifestyle becomes easy.
Once your foundation is in place, you may feel you need less time to work through bigger issues, while still keeping the accountability, motivation and support in place to ensure you continue to make progress over the long term.
Sessions may also address lingering roadblocks, deeper energy and emotional work, fine-tuning your mindset, and strategies for specific situations.
*You may choose weekly or biweekly sessions. Book two sessions back to back if you'd like a longer session. Repeat this package for ongoing support as long as you need it.

Both Packages Above Include:
- Maximum of 1 scheduled session per week, via Zoom, phone, or at my Langley office on Tuesdays.
- Unlimited, brief phone/email/text support between sessions as necessary to keep moving forward.
- Energy work during scheduled sessions, if desired, to overcome blocks and limiting beliefs.
- Tools and techniques for you to use between sessions for managing your emotions and resistance.
- Assessments and exercises to track your progress and help you gain insights about yourself.
- Weekly goals as defined by you and I together, in order to keep progressing.
- Accountability check-ins.
- Honest feedback and an objective perspective to help you see through your own "stories" that limit you.
