Celebrating You

happiness success

Celebrate all the little successes because they are what *really* count.

You have overcome so much. You have not given up! You rise up after every setback, and you continue to push forward. Stop being so hard on yourself. Stop being disappointed in yourself. Stop judging yourself. You’ve come way too far to doubt yourself anymore.

Allow yourself to believe in your strength, resilience, and recognize that all is well (as it always has been) even when it seems hard. Need evidence of that? You’re here aren’t you? You are a survivor! You have overcome! You have things to be grateful for in your life!

Give yourself credit for all your victories along the way. You have worked hard to get where you are, don’t focus on feeling like you're not there yet. It’s a vicious cycle of chasing of the "next moment" instead of embracing how far you've come and reveling in the goodness of right now. Take credit for trying. Take credit for your progress. The little things do matter.

Stop living like you’re not “there” yet because there is no “there.” Once you get “there” there will be a new “there.” So, cut yourself some slack and enjoy the journey and all the tiny little victories and joys along the way. This is what life is – a journey – a perpetual path of moving towards what we want. Since what we want is always changing and evolving as we have new experiences along the way, choose to be happy now. Celebrate every little success. Enjoy the “becoming” of life.

We tend to think that success is only an achievement of an end goal, or a leap from where you are to where you want to be. However, it's those baby steps, those small accomplishments, and those days where you want to give up, but you try a little harder, that count. Every single day, every single moment, is an opportunity to celebrate those small wins. The more you celebrate the better you feel, and the better you feel, the more there is to celebrate!

Your feelings of celebration are adding up energetically and will manifest your desires. Don’t doubt yourself. Be patient and loving with yourself. Remember that you are good enough. That you are worthy of great happiness.

Have a very happy holiday season! I just wanted to say that I am proud of you. Keep going!

Peace and joy,
